Abbey Road on the River Returns May 22-26, 2025
World’s Largest Beatles Tribute Festival Celebrates Its 23rd Year
Jeffersonville, IN (May 13, 2025) – The world’s largest Beatles and classic rock tribute festival returns to Jeffersonville, Indiana for five music-filled days over Memorial Day weekend. From May 22-26, Abbey Road on the River will once again welcome fans from across the U.S. for an unforgettable celebration of peace, love, and rock & roll. Now in its 23rd year, the event continues to grow its legacy—and its community.
“After all these years, Abbey Road on the River still feels like stepping back into a time when we believed the world could be changed by a song. And maybe, when we’re all here together, it still can,” said Event Producer Gary Jacob.
The festival honors the music of The Beatles and other legendary bands with 200 concerts across five stages. From British icons like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Queen, to the California cool of The Doors, The Eagles, Joni Mitchell, and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young—it’s a five-day soundtrack of the 60s and 70s, brought to life by 50 bands.
This year’s highlights include a high-energy Beatles vs. Stones showdown, a theatrical, full-album performance of the LOVE album by fan-favorite band Classicstone, and an intimate concert by Grammy-winning guitarist Laurence Juber, formerly of Paul McCartney’s Wings.
The festival opens with a Free Preview Party at Union Restaurant & Gameyard on Wednesday, May 21, from 6:00pm–11:00pm.
Abbey Road on the River brings fun for the whole family. Each adult general admission ticket purchased in advance includes free admission for one guest age 21 or under. Kids love the Big Four Station playground, interactive art, and the welcoming atmosphere.
The festival isn’t just about watching – it’s about joining in. Attendees can engage with the music and the message by participating in group sing-alongs, free guitar lessons and interactive art installations like the Abbey Road crosswalk replica and the colorful “Peace Tree.” There’s also a large vendor market offering classic rock memorabilia, vinyl records, and original artwork for guests to take home and enjoy year-round.
The event offers a wide variety of food options from 15 local food trucks and restaurants. Dig into smash burgers, burritos, cold lobster sandwiches, BBQ, corn dogs, Asian dishes, Caribbean favorites, vegan options and even breakfast sandwiches—all easy-to-grab and perfect for a day of music and sunshine. Wash it down with a Lovely Rita Margarita, Strawberry Fields Spiked Lemonade, or a refreshing Cornbread Hemp THC seltzer.
New this year – attendees can enjoy a “Baby you can Drive My Car Show” on Saturday and Sunday featuring vintage mustangs, chevelle’s, and GTO’s from the 60-70’s.
