My life changed in the spring/summer of 2020.
I hired an embodied coach for months and entered into embodiment facilitator training.

I experienced more profound healing in this feminine movement meditation than in years of talk therapy.

I had an experience where I was brought to my knees in tears when I heard my inner voice say, “Welcome Home Lindsey, welcome home.”

This is what it felt like to arrive back in my body after decades of hovering outside of it. This is what it felt like to be grounded in my body. To have my soul, my essence return back to me.

This holistic practice helped me to cultivate and create safety in my body.

Event Description:

I’m excited to lead you through this powerful and beautiful dance journey as a way to sink you deeper into your senses into your body and into your curves. As a way to wind down from long day and shake out sweat out all the excess stuff you don’t need. Maybe you want to connect deeper into your feminine body, wisdom, and wake up your sensual body.

Full permission to show up and come as you are. All of you is welcome here.

We will be traveling through a few different emotions and feminine archetypes. This practice has been designed in such a way to slowly soothe you and nudge you into your body’s own experience. Helping you access your own intuition and inner freedom. As we make our way through some of the lighter and darker emotions finally making our way to final rest.

There is more. Separate from the feminine movement meditation I will lead you through a soundscape of healing frequencies. Crystal sounds bowls and other instruments for nourishment and relaxation.
