Olive Oil Class with 3 Course Tasting featuring Chef Gina Stipo

Chef Gina will explain how olives are harvested and pressed and how that process affects the taste and health properties of the oil.

She will lead you in a tasting of three different oils, including one from the most recent harvest of 2025, and you will learn to discern good olive oil from bad and learn how to buy it.

 

Chef Gina Stipo is the owner and operator of Ecco La cucina culinary tours in Italy.

She lived in Tuscany for 13 years, owned the restaurant in Louisville At the Italian Table, and is a certified educator of Italian wines.
