Join Oliver’s Chop House and Bourbon Bar for a unique culinary experience featuring the cuisine and wines of Spain. This exquisite diner, prepared by Executive Chef Stacey Craig, will consist of six courses paying homage to the culinary traditions of Spain.
Each course will be served alongside a curated wine pairing that complements the prepared course for the purpose of a world class dining experience. Our guests will be escorted through the various wine regions of Spain by Chad “Sully” Sullivan, our in-house Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine.
