The Phoenix Hill Neighborhood Chili Cook-Off rises again at Hi-Wire Brewing Louisville! Join us for a sizzling showcase of culinary skills in a contest to crown the best chili in town, welcoming novices and pros alike who want to show off their skills.

Competitors will go head to head in a spicy showdown, stirring up their most flavorful chili recipes for a chance to be crowned the ‘Chili Master’ of Phoenix Hill. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a novice in the kitchen, we invite you to put your chili recipe to the test in this spirited competition. The top three winners will be chosen anonymously by tasters from around town attending the event.

Venue:
Set within Hi-Wire Brewing Louisville’s spacious taproom in what was once the home of Phoenix Hill Tavern, you can savor the flavors of this chili cook-off with a cold beer in hand. If you appreciate good food, lively competition, and a welcoming community, this event is not to be missed.

A Community Gathering:
This is more than just a competition—it’s an opportunity for the Phoenix Hill community to come together, share stories, and bond over a mutual love for chili like in years past. So, gather your family and friends, and join us for a day filled with fun and some seriously good chili! We will also be accepting can goods and dry food on behalf of St. Vincent de Paul. Donations will go to help feed the hungry during the holidays
