Xian Bing is a savory pan fried pancake made with fermented dough and filled with a delicious minced pork mixture that includes shiitakes, cabbage, celery and five spices. Golden and crunchy on the outside, fluffy and aromatic on the inside. I suggest pairing it with an order of shoestring fries.
