He is one of the stars of the box-office record-breaking Screen Gems’ franchise THINK LIKE A MAN (2012) and its sequel THINK LIKE A MAN TOO (2014). In additional to their commercial successes\, both opening #1 at the box office\, the films were warmly received by critics and fans alike. In 2014\, he starred in the Universal comedy RIDE ALONG with Ice Cube and Kevin Hart. Other film credits include LITTLE MAN (2016) opposite The Wayans Brothers and DADDY DAY CARE (2003) opposite Eddie Murphy. We look forward once again to welcoming Louisville residents and guests to downtown to welcome the REAL Santa Claus to the city. \nNEW DATE: Saturday\, December 7\, 2024 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. \nThe Lots of Lights Parade brings holiday cheer to Jefferson Street\, aka Santa Claus Lane\, with dozens of brightly lit groups singing and dancing in the street. \nThe Vendor Village will take place on 6th and Jefferson Streets and will feature many wonderful local food and craft vendors selling holiday goods and treats. Throughout the event\, you will find additional food vendors to enjoy a treat to keep you warm all evening long. \nWe will be working in tandem with Louisville Downtown Partnership to co-host their Downtown Holiday Market. The Downtown Holiday Market will take place at 4th and Jefferson Streets\, in the Aegon Plaza and surrounding areas. That event will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will be great place to walk to and from the Main Stage at Light Up Louisville and do some additional holiday shopping. \nEnjoy free\, live entertainment from two stages this year at Light Up Louisville!\nThe Main Stage will be located in front Metro Hall on Jefferson Street and the Jingle Stage will be found in Jefferson Square Park. \nWe also have some new and exciting programming for this year’s event!
