Praised by artists such as Fred Hersch and Terri Lyne Carrington\, Harris’s work explores themes of strength\, love\, and self-awareness.\nA prolific composer and bandleader\, Harris has released six albums and premiered major works including Resonance: A Contemporary Symphonic Reflection Through the Courageous Lens of Steve Biko in South Africa.\nHe is a Yamaha Jazz piano artist and serves on the faculty at Berklee College of Music\, where he coaches ensembles\, teaches piano\, and mentors emerging musicians.
