Over-the-top costumes are highly encouraged! \nHow long is the tour?\nThe tour typically lasts for about 3 hours\, depending on the pace of the group. \nHow many stops are included?\nEach tour includes 4 unique stops where you’ll enjoy delicious food and drinks\, all while gathering clues for the mystery. \nAre dietary restrictions accommodated?\nYes! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking\, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. \nCan I bring my children?\nOur tours are generally designed for adults\, but if our restaurant partners are able to accommodate folks under 21\, we welcome teens who can appreciate the mystery and themes of the evening. Please check specific age requirements when booking\, as some tours are 21+ due to legal restrictions at our bar partners. \nWhat is included in the ticket price?\nYour ticket includes the guided tour\, all food and drink at the stops\, materials for the murder mystery game\, and fascinating tidbits about the local history. \nDo I need to solve the mystery?\nYes\, we won’t let you go home if you don’t solve the mystery. Kidding! You don’t HAVE to\, but participation in mystery solving is part of the fun\, and everyone is given a role to play. If you’re not one for audience participation\, you might want to take one of our other tours\, where you can just sit back and listen to our guides instead! \nIs there a minimum number of participants for the tour to run?\nYes\, we require a minimum number of 8 participants for the game to work. If the tour does not meet this number\, we will notify you in advance to reschedule or provide a full refund. This is also why our murder mystery food tours run on limited days. \nWhat happens if it rains?\nOur tours typically run rain or shine. If severe weather occurs\, we will contact you to discuss rescheduling or alternative arrangements. \nCancellations\nCancellation Policy\nCustomers may receive a full refund or credit with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of operator cancellation. Cancellations can be made through whichever outlet you booked through. No-shows will not receive any refund. Louisville weather can change at a moment’s notice\, so we run our tours in rain or shine. In the event of severe weather\, we will give a full refund or credit. \nMinimum Tour Size Policy\nWhile your party size can be as small as 1 person\, our tours require a minimum of 4 paid guests to run.\nIf we are unable to meet that minimum\, we may reach out to you in advance with a low attendance warning to discuss other options. Options include rebooking to another date\, joining a different tour\, receiving a full refund\, or upgrading to a private tour.
