DESCRIPTION:Foxhollow Farm Ramp Hike\nJoin Maggie Keith\, 4th generation land steward of Foxhollow\, for a guided Ramp Hike at Foxhollow Farm! \n\nThis hike will take you through the beautiful spring woodlands of Foxhollow Farm\, where Maggie will lead you on a search for wild ramps and share her knowledge of this native spring vegetable. Along the way\, Maggie will also share the fascinating history of Foxhollow Farm\, which has been stewarded by the women of her family since 1930. In 2006\, Maggie and her family converted the farm into a Biodynamic farm\, transitioning away from conventional farming practices to a model focused on regenerative agriculture to restore the health of the land and livestock. \nThe hike will begin at Foxhollow Market\, where we’ll meet and make introductions before heading out on the trail.
