SUMMARY:Paws & Reflect: A Purrfect Sound Bath Experience
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a purrfect sound bath expurrience while surrounded by adoptable kitties! This event is for ages 16 and up! \nEverything vibrates. At the most fundamental level\, every thought\, emotion\, feeling\, word\, and action within the universe exists in a constant state of vibration. This vibratory energy is powerful and manifests in myriad ways. \nWhen we experience stress\, anxiety\, or illness\, it creates an imbalance in our cells and organs\, disrupting our natural vibrational state. However\, when we vibrate at a higher frequency\, we feel rooted and grounded\, indicating that our body’s energy centers (Chakras) are in balance. \nSound healing meditation can guide us back to this higher state of frequency and vibration\, promoting improved health and connection to our higher self. A sound bath is a meditative experience that uses the power of sound to induce a state of deep relaxation and healing. It’s an opportunity to be still\, allowing vibration and intention to welcome clarity\, peace\, and restoration. \nTuesday\, April 14th at 6:45pm \n\nParticipants can expect to: \n\nSettle into a comfortable position (lying down or seated)\nBe guided into presence through breath and meditation\nReceive a rich vibrational sound immersion through crystal and Tibetan singing bowls\, gongs\, chimes\, drums\, and vocal tones\nLet go of stress and return to a grounded\, balanced state\n\nThere is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. Everyone’s journey is unique — some may see colors or feel physical sensations; others may simply drop into deep stillness. The important thing is to allow the sound to meet you where you are\, and to let the experience unfold naturally\, without expectation. \n$65 per person includes: \n\nA gentle guided meditation to ground the group\nIntention setting with inspirational card pulls (materials provided)\n45 minute immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls\, gong\, chimes\, tibetan brass bowls\, tuning forks\, tuning poles\, and other gentle instruments\nTime afterward to rest\, reflect\, share and integrate\nThe entire event will be in our cat lounge with our adoptable kitties\n\nTo create the most comfortable experience\, we recommend each participant bring: \n\nA yoga mat (we will have yoga mats avaialble to use at the cafe)\nA blanket\nA bolster or pillow (optional\, but helpful for support)\nAn eye mask (optional\, for deeper relaxation)\nDress in comfortable layers to accommodate body temperature changes\n\nA Little About the Host: \nHillary Rose is a yoga and meditation teacher\, sound healer\, and lifelong student of the great mystery. She weaves the power of vibration\, sound\, and natural healing into experiences that guide people back to their deepest calm and remind them of their innate ability to self-heal. Her offerings invite relaxation\, nervous system restoration\, and a return to authenticity—where clarity\, love\, and transformation naturally arise.
