DESCRIPTION:This Artisan Bread Class is for the individual who wants to get hands-on knowledge regarding baking with natural leaven. \nWe will begin our class AT 9AM EST SUNDAY\, by focusing on maintaining your own sourdough starter. Then\, we will create a sourdough country loaf that you will mix\, knead and shape by hand. \nEmail eat@mozzapi.com with any questions 🙂 \n\n  \nThis Artisan Bread Class will specifically focus on different flours\, proper baking techniques\, and hand kneading skills. We will bake all of our breads within our professional kitchen setting\, but we will also give instructions for baking in a conventional oven. \nYou will take home the two loafs of sourdough bread you make in class to bake the next day\, as well as loafs baked during class. Please be aware that you will need one of the following to bake these artisan bread loaves: an 8-in loaf pan\, a dutch oven\, or a cast iron skillet (at home). \nWe will have several harder to find baking items available for sale at the class\, if you are interested in purchasing them. \nWe will end our class with a family style lunch of assorted sourdough Neapolitan pizzas\, made in our MozzaPi oven. \n***description from website
