Founded in 1939 as the Holy Name Choral Club\, it became non-denominational in 1972 and took its present name in 1987. The 501(c)(3) nonprofit is led by Artistic Dir. Dr. David Borman and Executive Dir. Jenna Preston. The Chorus and its chamber ensemble\, the Fleur de Lis Singers\, perform in sacred and secular venues across the region\, with programs ranging from classical masterworks to popular and holiday programs. Several concerts each year are free\, and through the Chorus’ Everywhere We Go initiative\, a number of seats at ticketed concerts are priced by the buyer.
