DESCRIPTION:Before the flowers and brunches\, Baptist Health La Grange is giving expecting moms an early Mother’s Day gift: a free prenatal yoga class. \nThe class\, Prenatal Yoga in the Park\, takes place on Saturday\, May 9\, from 10 to 11 a.m. at The Maples Park Millstone Amphitheater (6826 W. Highway 22 in Crestwood). \nAll stages of pregnancy are welcome\, and no yoga experience is required. \nParticipants are encouraged to register in advance at Events.BaptistHealth.com to receive weather-related updates\, including any potential venue changes. \nAttendees should wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if they have one; a limited number of mats will be available for use during the class.
