After years of anticipation and construction delays, Chef Ming Pu has set an opening date for his new restaurant, TANA, in the Germantown neighborhood.
The Taiwanese American concept will open July 15 in the former Eiderdown space at 983 Goss Ave., with reservations expected to go live in early July.
TANA — short for “Taiwanese New American” — blends the flavors of Pu’s native Taiwan with influences from his culinary career in the American South. The restaurant has drawn national attention ahead of its debut, earning a spot on Bon Appétit’s list of most anticipated openings…..
