LIVING GLUTEN-FREE: FINDING THE MAGIC IN SAFE & CONFIDENT LIVING

November 8 @ 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
$15

You asked, and we listened! After so many people asked us to offer this class again following the first one at Louisville Free Public Library, we finally have a date!

For Meg, gluten-free living isn’t just something she teaches — it’s something she lives every single day. Meg has Celiac Disease and multiple life-threatening food allergies, so she knows firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate ingredients, labels, restaurants, substitutions, cross-contact, and everyday food choices when safety has to come first.

That’s why this class goes beyond simply sharing gluten-free recipes. It’s about taking some of the stress and guesswork out of gluten-free living and helping you feel more confident making everyday food choices.

Join Meg for Living Gluten-Free: Finding the Magic in Safe & Confident Living, an interactive discussion and tasting class covering the real-life questions and challenges that come with navigating a gluten-free lifestyle.

We’ll talk about:

• Reading labels and making safer food choices
• Understanding and avoiding cross-contact with a demonstration of how easy it occurs
• Navigating restaurants and eating out
• Gluten-free substitutions that actually work
• Favorite gluten-free products and ingredients
• Practical tips for making everyday choices easier
• Navigating Thanksgiving while gluten-free

We’ll also sample a variety of gluten-free foods and explore what makes different products and ingredients work — or not work — in the kitchen.

And you’ll leave with 5 gluten-free recipes to try at home!

This is an interactive discussion and tasting class, not a live cooking demonstration.

Whether you’re newly navigating gluten-free life, have been doing it for years, or want to better support someone who is, come ask questions, taste some food, learn some practical tips, and leave with a little more confidence for the next meal.
