Following the 2005 line-of-duty death of her first husband, LMPD Officer Peter Grignon, Rebecca dedicated her career to supporting those who serve.

As Executive Director of the Louisville Metro Police Foundation, she recently led the successful $1.5 million campaign to launch a holistic Wellness Center, providing officers with essential mental, physical, and financial resources to thrive both on and off the job.

Now in its seventh year, the Inspire Series highlights an accomplished local businesswoman who shares her experiences, challenges, and insights.
